Each edition of the IMR, thanks to the coordinated work of the different teams involved, <strong>promotes<\/strong> the reunion between its members, incorporates new perspectives and generates an environment that goes beyond scientific exchange. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tension\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tension<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The format evolves little, a large part of the attendees repeat and Rupatadina continues to be the central axis of the program.<br\/>Each edition should arouse new expectations, keep the interest of those who return alive and be attractive to first-time participants, bringing together licensees from nearly twenty countries and different continents, with very different cultures, markets and realities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-diagnostico\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosis<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Annual meetings create a space where participants expand their knowledge, grow professionally, and build relationships that continue to develop far beyond each encounter.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-decision\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Decision<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each IMR is built around a concept capable of uniting all participants. We seek to promote complicity and promote experiences that people remember long after the meeting is over. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-resultado\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seventeen years later, the IMR continues to grow and strengthen an international community made up of professionals who find a few days each year to expand their knowledge, grow professionally and continue to build lasting relationships.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-materializacion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materialization<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes, an exceptional event offers a narrative opportunity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the pandemic, when the meeting could not be held in person, we sent each participant a personalized box designed to reduce the distance and remind them that they were still part of this great \"<strong>Rupatadina family<\/strong>\". A small gesture designed to symbolically send a hug at a particularly complex time. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On other occasions, it is Rupatadina's own evolution that marks the story, as happened with the celebration of its twentieth anniversary.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although, most of the time, the real challenge is to find a new look capable of continuing to surprise without depending on great novelties, as in the last edition, in which the creative concept <strong>materialized in an original song for the meeting, becoming the common thread.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-aprendizaje\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communities grow when people find a place to return, recognize each other, exchange experiences and continue to write a common history.
